Shipping & Returns
We are currently delivering all products FREE OF CHARGE.
Please be assured that your products will ship out on the same working day or the next working day following your purchase. In the case of Smartcard purchases, we will ensure that you do not lose any time paid for, as a result of delivery. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, but currently use Royal Mail. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to us processing and shipping your order. Royal Mail deliveries run Monday through to Friday during office hours, and Saturday mornings, but exclude Bank Holidays. If you require express shipping, please Contact us for charges.
Our Returns and Refunds policy is designed to make it as simple as possible for our customers to return unwanted, defective or incorrectly delivered items, and where appropriate - get a refund.
If you return a product to us within 7 days of receipt in 'brand new' condition, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange, but we are not obligated to pay for any postage; it is your responsibility to post the product back to us, with sufficient protection - we recommend using the original packaging materials. We also recommend that you insure the product by using an insured 'signed for' postal service. Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment card used for the purchase transaction. We are compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), but where you have ordered a bespoke product from us - then this would not be covered under the DSR.
Procedure for a product return:
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported to us in writing within seven (7) days after the date of receipt of your goods. You can write to us at our office address at the base of this page (please use a 'signed for' letter delivery), or you can use our Customer Support form.
Please supply photographs of any incorrectly delivered or damaged products including the packaging materials. Do not return the product to us unless we issue you with a returns posting label or arrange collection via a courier. We will consider what to do once we have the written notification and any supporting evidence from you within the required time period. In such circumstances we will pay the costs of the return postage.
When requested to do so - please post the product back to us following any instructions, and or allow collection of the item to be returned by our appointed courier.
When we make a refund to a customer - it will always be an electronic refund through our payment gateway and merchant account to the original payment
card used in the online transaction, and normally within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will not offer
a cash alternative, and where there is any fraudulent activity, we will cooperate with banks and the police in any investigation.
Please note that your Statutory Rights are not affected by any of the policies outlined above.
